Traditional Yoga classes are great for blood flow, flexibility and core strength. In our yoga classes, you will practice breathing techniques, muscle control, relaxation and flexibility. It is important to follow the Yoga way of life in certain practices. For example, thinking positive and meditation are key to becoming in harmony with the body. Practicing Yoga is aimed at low-impact exercises that focus on postures (Asanas). These postures called “Asanas” are taught by our professional Yoga instructors and designed for all fitness levels. There are some advanced postures that require modifications for less advanced students. We can assure you that modifying your postures is very effective to advance quickly.
Another technique utilized in our Yoga classes is controlled breathing techniques (Pranayama). Controlled breathing “Pranayama”, during posturing “Asanas” will help you relieve stress and promote full body relaxation. You will also begin to tighten your core, while improving flexibility and muscle strength.
