Fit and row is designed to connect your mind and body through agility movements, stability, all while utilizing rowing machines. This class is intended to burn calories and build muscle, and provides a full body workout for all ages and fitness levels.
The theory behind Orange Zone is a cardio and strength training circuit style format using Rowers, Skiers, Spin Bikes, Body Exercises and equipment. Expect to circuit back and forth between cardio drills and strength building exercises, obtaining an effective and efficient cardio and strength training workout in just 45 minutes. All levels welcome.
